Govis

Welcome to our GOVIS visitors.

You will find Idiom at stand number 30, notable for it's iconic and absolutely NZ made tomato sauce bottles.

Idiom is pleased to be a sponsor of the GOVIS 2009 Conference. If you would like some background on Idiom's extensive NZ public sector involvement, please review our conference powerpoint.

Some of Idiom's government sector partners will be dropping in to our stand over the conference period, including RHE Group, ECN Group and MedTech.

RHE Group provide systems integration services, and have implemented Idiom Decision Manager in several highly successful projects in both central and local government. Central government projects include the NZ Custom's CusMod Middleware project, and the National Screening Unit's Cervical Cancer Screening project. RHE has also implemented several successful Idiom based projects for North Shore, Auckland, and Manukau City Councils. The North Shore City Council's Development Contributions Project (DCAT) is discussed in more detail here.

ECN Group are an Idiom user and partner. Of particular interest to GOVIS visitors will be ECN's role as operators and hosts of Idiom IQ Forms. IQ Forms are an exciting new technology that drives down cost, improves operational efficiency, and brings you closer to your public users. By outsourcing the deployment and operation of these forms to ECN you can start getting these benefits immediately and cost effectively, 24*7.

MedTech's industry leading Patient Management System - MedTech32 - is used by Doctors throughout NZ. Idiom Forms are fully integrated into MedTech32 to provide a number of services and reports directly to Government Ministries and agencies, including District Health Boards, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Development, and the Accident Compensation Corporation. eReferrals is a particularly current and newsworthy service that is 'powered by' Idiom Forms within MedTech32.

Idiom will be using the conference theme to highlight its new Idiom IQ Forms product. Most NZ government and local authority agencies rely on downloadable or paper based forms that users must complete when requesting services or providing required information. The problem with these forms is that they generate significant downstream cost for the agency that deploys them, with very high error rates in the information provided, high costs to capture and correct that information, and then additional costs to manually process the workflow that arises from the form. At the same time, the user is faced with delays, uncertainty, cost and frustration. For the majority of these forms, Idiom IQ Forms can provide a seamless automated process to capture, validate, and process the request to completion, immediately and conveniently over the internet, delivering a completed service ticket to the agency, and an immediate outcome for the user.
