Franklin Berg
Frank has substantial experience in the capital markets managing investments with a focus on private capital holdings for the investment subsidiary of a publicly traded U.S. insurance company. Frank performs investment, financial, and business analysis across numerous asset classes including corporate bonds, syndicated loans, project financing and equity securities in the technology, airline, packaging and specialty finance industries. Frank serves on the Board(s) of Directors of U.S. and foreign entities in the technology and financial services sectors.
Mark Hamilton
Mark has been involved in the CEO level management and growth of substantial information technology companies for 30 years, including PrimeShare, Eagle Technology, and RHE and Associates. Mark is a founder and owner of Idiom, and has been a Director since its inception in 2001.
Mark has in-depth experience in developing and leading new IT based business initiatives and in operating with senior executives and business leaders.

Mark has specialized in the development and use of innovative approaches to software development that have delivered outstanding results to tier one companies on a global basis.
